Second day we had the same but instead of the catfish we had oxtails and it did not disappoint. Try this place if your in the area so happy we found it! ”
“ I keep passing by this restaurant so I decided to stop and see what was being offered. Private park but combined along a strip mall setting. Bright flashing billboard lights to get your attention. Pleasantly surprised as I walked in , way bigger than what I imagined. Music playing on the tv's. Great vibe ! Open spacious and plenty of seating. Live band I'm told on select time. Plenty of items on the menu for choices. Kinda pricey but portion size is plentiful. I ordered jerk wing entree with 3 sides. I Ordered a side of spicy volcano sauce . Cabbage, French fries and rice and peas. Decided on a rum punch to wash this all down . This drink was strong, colorful and packed a punch for sure. Meal was very good and fresh and cooked to order. Had a 30 min wait , but the vibes and ambiance made up for it. The manager Akeira did a very good job of smiling and being approachable. Very informative and helped me in ordering my meal . “ Update-Spoke to the manager of the restaurant and he apologized for what happened. I got my refund but my brother who paid by card couldn't get his back since they didn't have a good working of debit card refunds. So he gave us what they had on hand as far as food Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken and BBQ Jerk Chicken. The food was really good!! Update my star to 4. Definitely a place people should check out! First visit-Giving this spot a 3 star because of the wait and not knowledgeable about the food they had on hand. I came for the soft opening exactly when they opened so to avoid the rush. Me, my sister and brother ordered food and then others started coming in. We waited over an hour for our food to never come while also seeing people who ordered meals after us get their food. They also didn't specify what they had on hand so some of the food we ordered we couldn't get which was fine if we didn't see others get their food and it would have been good to know it wasn't available. More than an hour wait, no food on hand that they didn't inform us they didn't have was the issue so we got our refund. I will be back some time down the road to try it. Nice ambiance though and spacious in the inside. ”
